1. Sponsor & Eligibility

The “Spring Into Security Giveaway” is hosted by Idextrus Inc., located in Toronto, Canada. This contest is open to legal residents of Canada (excluding Quebec) and the United States (excluding Rhode Island) who have reached the age of majority in their province, territory, or state at the time of entry. Employees, agents, and immediate family members of Idextrus Inc. are not eligible.

2. Contest Period

The contest runs from April 15, 2025, to June 21, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST. The draw will take place on or after June 23, 2025.

3. How to Enter

• Purchase a Spring Into Security scan package from Idextrus during the contest period — this automatically earns one (1) entry into the draw.
• NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. No purchase mail-in methods of entry also available.
  Mail a handwritten letter of at least 500 words explaining “Why Cybersecurity matters to you” to:

  CanadaYour letter must include your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email. Must be received by June 21, 2025.

4. Prize Details

One (1) winner will receive a brand-new 14” MacBook Pro M4 — 16GB RAM, 512GB SSD, Space Black. Approximate retail value: $2,099 CAD. No cash equivalent will be offered.

The winner will be notified by email and must correctly answer a skill-testing question to claim the prize.

5. Shipping & Taxes

The prize will be shipped free of charge to the winner’s address in Canada or the contiguous United States. No international or overseas delivery.

6. General Conditions

• One entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
• Odds of winning depend on total eligible entries received.
